Service & spares

What happens after the machine lands

A die casting machine is a long-term asset and the service relationship matters more than the brochure. This is how we handle installation, training and spares.

01

Installation

Foundation drawing and layout, utility requirements (power, water, compressed air) and wiring diagrams are supplied before shipment so the site can be prepared while the machine is in transit.

02

Commissioning

Commissioning guidance and a checklist for the local team. For a first machine, or a new plant, an engineer can attend site — this is agreed per order and quoted separately.

03

Training

Operator training covering start-up, die setting, shot adjustment and daily checks; maintenance training covering hydraulics, lubrication and the injection assembly.

04

Spare parts

A recommended spares list is issued with the machine: plunger and shot chamber, nozzle, seals, hydraulic filters, heater elements and control spares. Consumable-wear items are flagged so they can be stocked from day one.

Getting help after start-up

IssueWhat we need from youResponse
Machine will not start / control faultPhoto of the alarm screen, machine serial numberRemote diagnosis, usually same working day
Poor casting qualityPart photos, process parameters, die layoutProcess review with our engineer
Hydraulic or injection faultPressure readings, video of the cycleGuided diagnosis, parts identified
Spare partsSerial number and part name from the manualQuotation with lead time
Warranty terms, response times and any on-site attendance are stated in the contract for each order. We do not publish a blanket warranty here, because what we can offer depends on the destination, the configuration and who is commissioning the machine.

Existing machine, need a part or an answer?

Send the serial number and a description of the problem. If it is a part, we will identify it from the manual and quote it.
